DESCRIPTION:Did you know that as children we laugh over 300 times a day but as adults we laugh only 30 times a day? Scientific studies indicate that laughter may have medically beneficial effects\, particularly to cardiovascular health and mood. Laughter Wellness is a practice involving prolonged voluntary laughter. It is based on the belief that voluntary laughter provides the same physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter.
