Dalanee Kennon is a 40-year-old health and fitness fanatic and a mother of four young children. Despite having none of the risk factors or warning signs, she was diagnosed with breast cancer in February 2016. As is too often the case, cancer didn’t play by the rules. Dalanee seeks to use her experience to help others. The Dalanee Awareness Fund (DAF) was created to support initiatives and programs that educate others about the risk factors, signs, and screenings available for all types of cancer.
