Mindfulness has become a very popular buzz word. Although this word is used frequently, very few understand what it means, why it is important, and how it can assist with improving work/life balance, stress, and anxiety.

Managing cancer during the pandemic over the last three years, along with events like the recent hurricanes, has been very stressful. With an alarming number of reported cases of stress, anxiety, and depression, mindfulness is becoming a very important practice to build resiliency and balance.

In this presentation, Keith Macpherson, bestselling author and life coach, will offer an engaging and interactive experience to assist with making sense of mindfulness and offer benefits and tangible strategies to integrate the practice into daily life.
