Every adult should be empowered to create, communicate, and have their medical care wishes honored; the information presented in this Lifestyle Wellness Session can help you.  We will focus on choosing a healthcare surrogate, making medical choices, and defining what a full life means to you. Advance Care Planning allows you to personalize your care and helps guide your family to honor your wishes. The living will documents and guides will be provided by Tidewell Hospice. Fashion meets compassion at the inaugural Runway of Hope, a happy hour–style fashion show hosted by Darci's Boutique and Sara Dance Center, benefiting Team Tony Cancer Foundation. The fundraiser will take place on Saturday, November 1st from 4:00 to 5:30pm at Sarasota Dance Center. This stylish and spirited evening will feature local cancer survivors, caregivers, and community champions modeling looks from Darci’s Boutique—all to support Team Tony’s mission of providing free peer-to-peer support and resources to individuals impacted by cancer on Florida’s Suncoast. Guests will enjoy: A runway show featuring real-life cancer fighters and survivors, as well as local influencers Complimentary champagne and sweet and savory lite bites Live entertainment A chance to support Team Tony through silent auction, donations, and community engagement Proceeds from “Runway of Hope” will help fund Team Tony Cancer Foundation’s free peer-to-peer mentor program, financial resources, and wellness programming for cancer fighters, survivors, and caregivers.

Team Tony Cancer Foundation recognizes the impact a cancer diagnosis has on everyone - the patient, their family and their friends. Caring for someone with cancer comes with various emotional, physical and logistical challenges. While the caregiver is grateful to help and support the individual facing cancer, he or she may experience emotional strain, physical exhaustion, financial stress, isolation, and impacts on mental health. Ensuring the caregiver gets the support they need is a focus of Team Tony Cancer Foundation. Held on the 3rd Monday of each month, our Caregiver Coffee Connection will be an opportunity for those caring for a cancer fighter to come together over a cup of coffee or tea and connect with others who understand the unique challenges of caregiving. Ashley will also share how her Elevated Plate Method can help stabilize blood sugar, strengthen the immune system, and reduce inflammation. Our 9th Annual JACKETS and JEANS Party will feature entertainment by The Boomers Live the Sixties at Michael’s on East on Saturday, March 7, 2026, from 6:30pm to whenever the band stops playing. The night will include creative cuisine, music, dancing, silent and live auction packages, and 300 guests thrilled to not be at another black-tie event.
