Scientific studies indicate that laughter may have medically beneficial effects, particularly to cardiovascular health and mood. Laughter Wellness is a practice involving prolonged voluntary laughter. It is based on the belief that voluntary laughter provides the same physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter. You won’t want to miss this hysterical experience that will heighten your awareness of the therapeutic and restorative values of joy and laughter.
